中環夜蒲德女疑遭指插下體拖出車 重案元朗拉的哥 案件暫列非禮，交由中區警區重案組跟進。
一名50歲的士司機凌晨在中環堅道，懷疑非禮一名25歲德國籍女乘客後，於元朗大棠落網，中區警區重案組正跟進事件。據悉，女事主聲稱遭人以手指插其下體並被拖出車外；但被捕的哥否認性侵，指對方無說明目的地且無支付車資，於是將她拖出車。警方指，案件原列普通襲擊，但警員凌晨3時51分接報後到場，經初步調查，懷疑女事主曾遭非禮。警員及後於大棠拘捕涉案男子，案件暫列非禮，交由中區警區重案組跟進。女事主沒有受傷，清醒被送往瑪麗醫院檢查。據悉，女事主凌晨在蘭桂坊消遣後乘的士離開，坐於的士後排座位的她報稱，的士駛至堅道與鴨巴甸街交界時停下，有人用手指插其下體，並將她強行拖出車，的士及後駛離現場。跌坐路旁的女事主報警求助。警方翻看現場附近的閉路電視後鎖定目標，在大棠拘捕涉案的士司機。的哥否認性侵，但指女乘客無說明目的地且無支付車資，於是將她拖出車外。

The appellant took... 案情指出，樣子甜美的25歲女子事主透過朋友介紹認識25歲被告梁智基，去年9月17日她剛辭去地產工作，被告建議她轉職保險，約她晚膳。翌日晚上7時許，事主身穿低胸連身裙及外套赴會，兩人在餐廳食生蠔、飲白酒，事主飲下三杯白酒，不勝酒力感到醉意，被告梁智基提議轉場再飲，待她決定前，要求事主陪他回辦公室完成工作。
事主跟被告梁智基到銅鑼灣告士打道皇室大廈27樓辦公室，坐下不久便嘔吐，被告梁智基遞上清水，坐在事主身旁，攬住她和吻她，事主多次推開不果，更跌倒地上。被告梁智基更從後抱住她，扯下其低胸裙及胸圍，撫摸她胸部約10秒，事主大叫救命，被告梁智基繼而扯起其內褲，事主感覺被告試圖將下體放入其下體，她不停大喊「強姦」，最後成功推開被告梁智基。事主報警大叫：「我朋友強姦我呀，我係皇室堡，救命呀……佢扮冇嘢，扮好人」。警方接報到場拘捕被告梁智基。
